Additional Leadership Experience
This position taught me how to prioritize student engagement through student-led learning. I expanded my research abilities and refined assignments to meet student needs. Additionally, I communicated with students and performed administrative tasks, including editing the class canvas page.

In this role, I work with my fellow theatre education TA’s to develop lesson plans for the troupe. I ensure that TEKs are integrated into every lesson plan and that it meets the needs of the students.

I maintained design consistency for study guide lesson plans. I specialized in making sure fonts and formatting were correct across all pages. I also tweaked lesson plan content to make it more readable and understandable.
About My Leadership
My practices as a leader are heavily influenced by my minor in Leadership Studies, as well as my leadership philosophy that centers authentic leadership and community collaboration.
